HOW WE MET

Online, how does anyone else meet these days?

THE FIRST DATE

We met for cocktails at Paul Martins at the Spectrum. Neither one of us was looking for a relationship at that time, but when we met, we had an immediate connection. The more time we spent together, the more joy that was brought into our lives. After countless other dates and secret vacations we shared our happiness with all of our friends and family. It has been a truly special relationship that has ushered us into nearly a decade together!

THE PROPOSAL

We explored the islands of Greece together in 2022, which took us to the stunning island of Santorini. Arash organized a dinner on the cliffs of a beautiful restaurant, that resplendently overlooked the Aegean sea at sunset. This private table extended out into the cliffs and had white rose petals laid down on our walkway which was also adorned by candles. It was a truly special and visually breathtaking display. Our first course was delivered on a silver tray and once the waiter open the dish a red box was waiting while Arash went on one knee. It was one of the most gorgeous displays of thoughtfulness and love I have ever had the privilege of experiencing.

Milan is the closest international airport to Lake Como. Approximately 90 minutes by car or train.

If travelling through the UK, make sure you obtain the UK ETA Visa in advance (even if you're not staying in London) - New Requirement!

US Passports cannot expire within three (3) months from travel dates. Some countries require six (6) months.

We encourage our guests to stay in Bellagio in Lake Como. All events will be located here, or will be departing + returning to this town.

Situated in the elegant Grand Hotel Tremezzo, Ristorante Mistral offers a Michelin-starred dining experience with innovative cuisine inspired by traditional Italian flavors. The restaurant features an amazing lakeside terrace, where you can enjoy a luxurious meal with spectacular views of Lake Como.

TRATTORIA SAN GIACOMO

A local favorite, Trattoria San Giacomo is known for its authentic, hearty Italian dishes and charming ambiance. Located just off Bellagio’s main square, this trattoria offers a great selection of traditional Lombard and Italian food.

CAFFE ROSSI

A more casual option with great coffee and snack selections, Caffè Rossi is a perfect choice. It has a lovely outdoor terrace that overlooks the lake.
